Cauliflower Rice

A perfect LCHF alternative to rice, with all the health benefits of a low carb vegetable.  With the addition of onion and butter, this is a delicious accompanimentfor our dishes.

Simply melt butter and stir through cauliflower, cook for 4 minutes.  Serve steaming and delicious
